METHODS

Our coaching and training approaches are rooted in positive, force free, ethical and science based methods. Any intentional use of fear, pain or avoidance training methods or equipment will not be tolerated, and will result in the termination of the session or consultation with no refund. Continuation of the use of these aversive methods will result in the termination of the full coaching plan with no refund.

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full before we can proceed with our first session or consultation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of our session will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made within 24 hours of our session will be charged at full price.

BOOKING EXPIRATION

Bookings expire after 4 months and are non refundable once expired. It is your responsibility to ensure that consultations or packages are scheduled within this 4 month period.

INJURY + HEALTH

Canine Out of Ten cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries (including death) or damages to any persons, dogs or property. It is your responsibility to provide us full details of any current or previous injury or health condition your dog has or may have prior to our session.

In case of injury to your dog, you give permission for Canine Out of Ten to take your dog to the Vet. The nearest vet or your preferred vet will be the first choice, however, we will base this decision on your dog’s best interest at the time. All vet bills related to any injuries (including death) sustained during our sessions to your dog or third parties are your responsibility.

UNDER 18’S

All persons under the age of 18 attending sessions must be accompanied by an adult at all times during sessions.

BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS STAFF

Disruptive, confrontational or abusive behaviour to towards Canine Out of Ten staff will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the session or consultation with no refund. Failure to resolve such behaviour will result in the termination of your full package with no refund.

TREATMENT TIMELINE

We cannot guarantee a specific time frame in which our training or behaviour modifications will reach your desired results. During our introduction we will provide an estimated time frame that we feel is realistic based on the information we have gathered from your questionnaire and/or consultation. Speed of progress relies on environmental set up, your dogs physiological and emotional well being as well as your effort, communication and commitment to the coaching plan.

AGREEMENT

By making a booking with Canine Out of Ten you are agreeing to all of the above.
