Our border collie cross Bailey was diagnosed with epilepsy and developed behavioural issues as a result, he had become very nervous and aggressive towards other dogs. From the outset, Rich understood our needs and made the process manageable, providing support and training that made a real impact.

After working with Rich for three months, Bailey was totally transformed. He is now calm and attentive and can play with packs of dogs without any issues. Bailey and I loved the sessions, and Rich’s approach was empathetic and really encouraging. Bailey made huge progress with loose-lead walking and learning to be less anxious. We love working with Rich and can’t recommend CANINE OUT OF TEN more. I am so grateful to have my happy dog back!

I worked with Liam and Rich earlier this year when I got my new puppy. She was experiencing some reactiveness and fear based behaviour. We worked across a series of sessions in which I was able to learn how to better identify and pre-empt her triggers resulting in her being a lot calmer and at ease around new people.

Additionally they really helped provide support and guidance for me, which allows me to be more confident with her. All in all a great experience, the transformation in my pup is like night and day.

We had two amazing sessions with Rich and Liam to work on our little guys reactivity towards dogs out in the world. The progress we’ve seen has been unreal and Claude is doing so much better in situations that used to really stress him out.

guys gave us so many amazing tips and their knowledge is insane, we can’t thank you enough and have recommended Canine out of Ten to so many friends! Lois & Jimmy

I got the help of Canine Out of Ten Last year after having my rescue and former street dog Margot for 6 months. Liam and Rich really helped me to understand dog behaviour and looking out for signs. This is what I really appreciated about this method of training, it had a lot of emphasis on teaching me how to understand my dog and what her needs are, when’s the right time to do what and so on.

It has been miles more effective than other training I’ve tried with Margot. You can tell this team really care about the dogs and the owners. I use all the methods I’ve learned after 3 sessions all the time and it’s definitely why the bond between Margot and I is so strong now. This is why I can recommend this team and tell all my dog owning mates about them!

I honestly couldn’t recommend the Canine out of Ten guys enough! Me and my boyfriend got in touch with them when our one-year-old Scottish Terrier Angus started being reactive with other dogs both on and off lead. From the beginning, Rich and Liam put a really clear training plan in place and were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Within the space of a few months, Angus went from growling and lunging at most dogs to wanting to interact and even play. It’s been so nice to see him transform into a happy little dog in such a short space of time. It’s also been transformational for me and my boyfriend.

I used to dread taking Angus out and was anxious about any reactivity during walks, but now I feel like I have the tools in place to deal with situations as they arise and can just enjoy myself. It’s brought all three of us closer together as we’ve become a proper little team!

We reached out to Liam and the team as a friend of ours had used K9/10 with great results. Our rescue dog Melfi had come from the streets so was not used to walking on the lead, often pulling for scraps of food or wandering into the road. We began her loose lead walking indoors then moved onto the street where she learned so fast. Our main challenge was not knowing where to begin. They took us through step by step, starting slow and building up Melfi’s confidence on the lead.

Now she walks safely and still gets to enjoy all the sniffing without pulling us in every direction. The tools provided allow us to recharge her training any time required. Liam was great to work with, non judgemental and non prescriptive. If something we did worked for Melfi, then no need to change it. For anything else we need in the future we will be straight back to K9/10 for a session! Great guys!
